Welcome to Go Amigo Japan. By booking a tour with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking and Payment
Bookings can be made through our official website or via direct communication (Email/WhatsApp) with our team. Payments are securely processed via an authorized third-party payment gateway (Stripe). The required payment amount (full payment or a specified deposit) must be paid at the time of booking confirmation to secure your reservation. Any remaining balance after a deposit can be paid on-site on the day of the tour via approved payment methods (Cash or Credit Card).

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
– Free cancellation up to 3 days before the tour date.
– Cancellations made 1–2 days before the tour will be charged 50% of the total fee.
– Same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the total fee.
– If Go Amigo Japan cancels a tour due to extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.

3. Limitation of Liability
Go Amigo Japan and its guides are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property that may occur during the tour. Guests are responsible for their own safety and belongings. We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance before your trip.

4. Itinerary Changes
While we strive to follow the agreed-upon itinerary, Go Amigo Japan reserves the right to make modifications due to weather conditions, traffic, or other external factors beyond our control to ensure the safety and quality of the tour.

5. Right to Refuse Service
Go Amigo Japan reserves the right to refuse or terminate services to any guest whose behavior is disruptive, abusive, heavily intoxicated, or poses a safety risk to themselves, the guide, or others. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.

6. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
