Additional Fees:
Internet connection fees and telecommunication charges required to access this website are the responsibility of the customer. Any local transaction fees or bank transfer fees shall be borne by the customer.

Payment Method and Timing:
Credit Card, Digital Wallets, or other approved electronic payment methods. For bookings requiring a deposit, the remaining balance can be paid on-site on the day of the tour (Cash or Credit Card). Payment timing is based on the agreed terms at the time of invoice issuance or booking confirmation.

Time of Delivery:
Services will be provided on the scheduled tour date as requested and agreed upon by the customer.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
– Free cancellation up to 3 days before the tour date.
– Cancellations made 1–2 days before the tour will be charged 50% of the total fee.
– Same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the total fee.
– If a tour is canceled by Go Amigo Japan due to extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
